Being a customer centric company, we understand that buying online can be a daunting task for many.

This is why we offer insurance against lost in transit, damage or any rational reason to make sure you realise that there is absolutely ZERO risk in buying something and trying it out.

We will do WHATEVER to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

If the product does not arrive or is lost during shipping process:

You will get a full refund if the product does not arrive. The tracking status on your tracking information should say "Lost" or "Failed". Please note that you may need to allow time for the tracking systems to update, as we ship multiple borders on an economical budget. Some items in different locations take longer than others to arrive, depending on the country's custom process.

  • Tracking has to say "Lost" or "Failed" in order to be qualified 

Please allow a few days for tracking information to update, as it is not instantaneous. 


Item received is different from what ordered:

If you receive a different item than what you ordered, please contact us immediately for a replacement 

Your item is damaged upon receipt 

No need to return the damaged item received. Simply take a photograph and send it to support@gearabo.com. Once we receive the photograph, we will issue replacement. We love to make things simply for our customers. 

Note: "Damaged Product" does not include the packaging. 

  • Must be reported before 14 days from delivery date or it will NOT be eligible for a refund or a replacement.


Do you allow refunds or returns on custom made items:

Any custom printed items on our site do not qualify for a refund. However, you are welcome to cancel the order within 24hrs of placing the order by contacting our customer support.


Do you allow refunds for free items

Any Free Plus Shipping items on our site do not qualify for refunds, unless received damaged, or broken, and proof with an image is sent to our customer support and verified. 


Order Cancellation Policy

We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly and accurately process all orders. In fact, most items are processed within 6-8 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at Support@gearabo.com 

  • Must be within 24 hours, otherwise, it will be too late. After 24 hours, it's been accepted as final and ready to ship to your doorstep!
